I plug in my personal desktop to the switch and same thing. I can print so I know it is connecting to my network. All lights on my switch are blinking correctly which should show that the connection is there but I can not get internet on my laptop. One goes to my printer (which does not have wireless option) and other goes to my work laptop (which does not allow wireless connection). I have my ATT Fiber router and I use that for WIFI, but I also run a CAT 6 wire from the ATT router to my office where I have a 5 port switch. This has been working up until a couple days from now.
